This page is created for the benefit and to assist family lawyers who wish to utilise Randal Binnie's services as a mediator and/or family dispute resolution practitioner.

 Fees Property Matters:  Mediation fees in property matters are set at $1,100 per party which includes arrangements for mediation, interview of parties and/or lawyers prior to mediation and three hours of mediation time.  Fees after the three hours are calculated at $385 ph inclusive of GST which normally would be shared by the parties equally.

Fees Family Dispute Resolution (Children's Issues only)

An invitation to FDR can be issued for Family Dispute Resoltion at a cost of $220 inclusive of GST.  The fee includes issue of a Section 60I Certificate where appropriate.
